Refund policy

 REFUND POLICY

 

1. AUTOMATIC REFUNDS

1.1 Table30 will refund any booking fee in accordance with this Refund Policy if we are satisfied that:

1.2 prior to the booking being redeemed, the relevant Merchant has ceased trading or ceased to supply the product or service to which the booking relates, or the relevant product has been recalled;

1.3 we are required to do so by law; or

1.4 we have made an error in the advertising of a booking that fundamentally impacts the product or service.

2. WHERE WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS

2.1 Table30 will not refund any booking fee(s) where:

2.2 the booking Expiry Date has passed;

2.3 You have had an issue with your booking and have not contacted us prior to the Expiry Date for rectification of the issue;

2.4 You have changed your mind about the purchase of a booking;

2.5 the Merchant does not honour your booking due to your failure to provide evidence of the booking;

2.6 the product or service purchased when redeeming your booking does not meet your general expectations;

2.7 You are unable to attend your booking for any reason

2.8 Your booking states an arrival period, and you arrived early, late, or were not flexible in returning a different day if the Merchant had no availability.  

3. ACCIDENTAL PURCHASE

3.1 Table30 may, at its sole discretion, refund any booking fee(s) that have been purchased by accident if you contact us within 24 hours of the purchase explaining the nature of the accidental purchase.

3.2 The amount refunded under this clause will be the booking fee less processing fees (2.9% of the booking fee price + $0.30).

4. SUBMITTING A REFUND REQUEST

4.1 Please email us at table30@kiwiKoupon.nz to submit your request.

4.2 We reserve the right to request additional information and contact you by email concerning what happened before issuing a refund.

4.3 If we deem your refund request as outside the scope of our refund policy, misleading, inaccurate, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise invalid, we may in our absolute discretion refuse your refund request.  We will always provide a reason for refusal.

4.4 If your refund request is approved, we will credit the card you used to purchase the booking.  A refund shall not in any circumstance be considered an admission of wrongdoing or liability on behalf of Table30 or a Merchant.

5. CHANGES TO POLICY

5.1 We may change this policy at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review this policy and maintain an understanding of its terms. Your continued use of Table30 and operation of a Table30 account constitutes your acceptance and understanding of the terms of this policy.
